MEMBERSHIP F.A.Q.
Is a Membership open to anyone?
Members must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license. Passenger's must be able to sit in the seat of a Slingshot with a seat belt on safely. Member's must be in good standing with no outstanding balances.
What are the subscription terms?
All membership options are for a 12-month annual commitment. All plans renew annually unless cancelled.
DO ANY EXTRA COSTS APPLY?
Member is responsible for all fuel usage during rental period (leave full/ return full). Supplemental insurance may be purchased on a per ride basis. Upgrade options and additional credits may be purchased.
How far in advance may i rent/ reserve a unit?
Members can book up to 12 months in advance. Our team can check availability if you need additional booking time.

Can i buy additional credits?
Yes, you can purchase additional ride credits at any time based on your plan level.
What is the cancellation policy for membership reservations?
Cancellations made 7 or more days in advance will be credited back to your account or rescheduled. Cancellations made within 7 days are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
